Accounts are protected by authenticated sign-in. Application data is served through per-request authorisation checks, so a signed-in user only receives records their account is permitted to read.

Profit Pioneer is built with security controls designed to protect customer data. This page describes the controls that are in place today, in plain language, without overstating them.
Data separation between accounts
Every proposal, client record and message is bound to the account that created it. Database row-level rules enforce that separation at the data layer rather than only in the interface.
Protected payment processing
Card details are never entered into or stored by Profit Pioneer. Checkout and billing are handled by our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record and processes payments on their own infrastructure.
Proposal share links
Client-facing proposals open through a unique, unguessable link. Views and acceptance events are recorded with a timestamp so you have a record of what the recipient saw and when.
What we do not claim
We think it is more useful to be precise than reassuring. Profit Pioneer does not hold a security certification such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2, and we do not claim full compliance with any specific data-protection statute, guaranteed security, or that any control makes a breach impossible. If your organisation requires a formal assurance report or a signed data-processing agreement, contact us before you rely on the product for regulated work.
About electronic-signature acceptance
Electronic-signature acceptance may be legally valid depending on the agreement and applicable law. Obtain legal advice for your specific use case.
Profit Pioneer records the acceptance event, the accepting party’s stated name and email, and the time it happened. Whether that record satisfies the requirements for your contract, jurisdiction or industry is a legal question we cannot answer for you.
Data we handle
- • Account data: your name, email address and sign-in credentials.
- • Business content you create: clients, proposals, line items, messages and branding assets.
- • Activity data: proposal views, acceptance events and message read receipts.
- • Billing data: subscription status and plan, received from our payment provider. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
