Refund Policy

Last updated: 1 September 2026

1. Who sells to you

Profit Pioneer is operated by Jordan Fransman (South Africa), the seller of the software subscriptions described here. All purchases are processed by Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. This means Paddle handles the transaction, applicable sales taxes, and refunds on our behalf, and “Paddle” may appear on your bank or card statement.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a Pro or Studio subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge. After the 14-day window, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis (for example, duplicate charges or accidental renewals) and may still be approved where reasonable.

3. How to request a refund

Email us at ProfitPioneer07@outlook.com with the email address on your account and the date of the charge. You can also request a refund directly through Paddle's customer support link on your receipt. We aim to respond within 2 business days; approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Manage billing, or through the Paddle billing portal. Cancellation is not a refund request: your plan stays active until the end of the current paid billing period, and you will not be charged again. If you would also like a refund for the current period, please request it separately under section 3.

5. Free plan

The Free plan involves no charges, so no refunds apply. You can upgrade, downgrade, or delete your account at any time.
